Welcome! I’m so proud of your courage for landing on this page. I can tell you’re curious about stepping into a different kind of space that supports your healing and recovery journey, and I love that about you.
Recovery is the process of letting go of what was, and moving towards something that is different. And, that can feel scary, and awkward, and exciting all at the same time.
We’re recovering on sobriety journeys. Recovering from substance abuse. Recovering from the pandemic. Recovering our relationships with ourselves, or with others. Recovering from grief, or changing identities, or big life-transitions like divorce, or empty nests.
Now, let me know if you’re been trying all the things – meditating, journaling, talk therapy, support meetings – but still feel like there’s stuff you’re not letting go of? Emotions you’re not processing? Places where you’re stuck?
I’ve been there. I was stuck trying to heal from my divorce. And, then a year later I decided to break up with alcohol, and that’s when all the stuff I needed to heal from came rushing to the surface. I was spending so much energy on trying to heal and recover, but it wasn’t until I discovered RADICAL SKETCHBOOKING, that I started to process and sort through and reclaim all those pieces of myself that needed to heal.
If you’re in that place of feeling stuck in your recovery journey, I’d love to introduce you to the RADICAL SKETCHBOOKING COLLECTIVE.
THE RADICAL SKETCHBOOKING COLLECTIVE is a new micro-community where you will have the space to connect with other women, and engage in group coaching as you move along on your journey. The SKETCHBOOK will be the main tool we use in this process, but I’ll introduce other tools and strategies as needed. It’s a place where you can take those big emotions, thoughts, and feelings and get them down on the page, using paint, words, and images.
WHY DO YOU NEED TO BE HERE?
Because, the SKETCHBOOK is the missing piece in your recovery as you explore your relationship with alcohol, and the relationship you have with yourself.
This is where your WHY begins to get really loud.
It’s a place where you can experiment. Where you can talk about boundaries. Where you can push edges, safely. Where you don’t have to white-knuckle anything.
Where you’re not alone. It’s being in a room of women who just get you. Who you don’t have to explain anything to. Who you don’t have to defend yourself against. They just get you, even though they just met you.
That’s what this group is, it’s the place you know you can go to when you’re feeling a craving, when you need to work out a feeling, when you feel the need to just get out of your head and into your body – where you can play, explore, create, question, wonder, push through, sit with, reclaim, recenter, breathe.
Connected but not overwhelmed. Where you get to take up space. You’re not walking into a large group of women – it’s a micro-community capped at 30. Kept small on purpose, so your voice can be heard.
And, we’re all doing the same work on our own journey of exploring our relationship with alcohol and deepening the authentic relationship with ourselves.
That’s where the magic is and I can’t wait to share it with you.

Sounds interesting! But, can you back up a minute. What exactly is RADICAL SKETCHBOOKING?
I’m glad you asked. RADICAL SKETCHBOOKING is a tool I’ve used and developed over the years as I’ve worked my way through my own recovery journeys – first in my divorce, and then in my sobriety. And, now I use it with my 1:1 coaching clients.
RADICAL SKETCHBOOKING is based on the idea that how you appreciate and value yourself matters. Finding your voice, and ways to use it, matters. Your heart was made to be big, bold, messy, and fierce. RADICAL SKETCHBOOKING is one of the most powerful tools I use in helping women who are sober/sober curious begin to shift and rewrite their stories.
RADICAL SKETCHBOOKING meets the recovery process as it really is -messy and filled with all the emotions. As adults we don’t have a lot of spaces where we can let our mess out, sort through it, and then figure out the parts we want to let go of, and the parts we want to dig into more deeply.
The sketchbook sounds like a simple tool, but it meets you where you are. It’s not me telling you what you need to do. Drinking takes you further and further away from yourself. You lose touch with who you are. Your sketchbook becomes a place where you start to build yourself up again. Where you get to make choices about what you want to put in your sketchbook, how you want to fill it up. Topics you write about, phrases you’ve cut out and glued in, paint colors you’ve chosen, shapes you’ve sketched.
These are all little clues about your mind and your life at that exact moment. And every small choice present on the page becomes proof you can make choices and works towards building your confidence to make bigger choices. You do know what you want, you just have to get out of your own way and listen. Flipping through the pages of your sketchbook becomes a fascinating journey of your life.
I’m now taking this powerful tool and sharing it with a small group of women who are ready to dig deep.

FAQS
Who is eligible to join THE COLLECTIVE? Anyone who is sober or sober curious and who is ready to try something new as a way to heal. Anyone who is curious about what the next steps might be as they move forward, learning more about themselves, and where they are in the recovery process. Anyone who is looking for a little extra support. If you’re somewhere on this journey, THE COLLECTIVE is the perfect place for you.
All you need is an open heart and an open mind and be willing to do the work that is suggested, not all of it of course, but there needs to be a willingness to want to change and to move towards sobriety.
What are the deets about THE COLLECTIVE?
2 – 60 minutes Zoom calls month (every two weeks); where I will introduce the weekly topic, we’ll work in our sketchbooks, and open the floor for discussion and connection.
Access to our very own hangout space, which will be hosted in Mighty Networks. Here you’ll find videos, prompts, invitations to keep you going and exploring at your own pace.
What if I’m not creative? Don’t worry, you are! In fact, the majority of my clients identify as “non-creative” before we start working together. There is no wrong way to do this work. You simply meet it where you are. I completely deconstruct the creative process and will walk you through every step of the way.
What exactly am I committing to? THE COLLECTIVE is a monthly subscription. Of course, I would love to keep working with you long-term, but there is no long-term commitment to join. I suggest staying in the group for at least three months, for the work to begin to synch with your journey, but if it’s no longer working for you just let me know and you can cancel the subscription. If you pay for the year, you cannot cancel your subscription.
