I’m not sure where you are with your sobriety, maybe you’ve just started to collect a handful of sober days. Or, maybe you’ve been rocking the sober life for a while.
Sobriety is something you always need to work on. Life will rear its head, when you’re least expecting it. You’ll be moving right along, everything all smooth and then something will shift. Your youngest child will head to college. Or you’ll find yourself in a new relationship. Or you’ll have to look after your sick mother. Or you’ll be laid off.
And, I’m here for all of it.
There is no point in trying to white-knuckle through any part of your sobriety. Having that one person in your corner, who understands what you’re going through can make all the difference in how you move forward in your sobriety.
And I get it. I’ve been there, done that.
I’ve carried around the shame and the guilt, but I’ve also worked through those sticky parts of my story and I’m here to hold space, and listen, and help you shift and process all that you’re going through.

I bring a lot of play and creativity into the work we’ll do together. The purpose of including play in your sobriety plan, is so that you don’t take the entire thing, and yourself, so seriously. There needs to be room and there needs to be space to enjoy getting to know yourself again and play is a way you can do that.
I’ve set aside some time on my calendar to speak with you ASAP. It’s time to see if you can make more room in your life, if you’re ready to take that first step. Taking that first step without support and acknowledgement of what you’re going through with your drinking can be the scary part.
On your call, we’ll figure out where you are in your journey, what kind of support you might need, what you already have in place. You’ll leave with the first few steps of an action plan and an idea of how you want to move forward.
It’s easy to get lost in the shuffle of online, or in person, support groups. I offer individualized coaching that works specifically on challenges and concerns my clients have around supporting and deepening their sobriety.
If you’re still reading at this point and everything I’ve said resonates and is getting you a little nervous and excited at the same time, we simply have to talk.
If you’re ready to start exploring your relationship with alcohol, I would be happy to set aside some time for you. You’ve been struggling on your own long enough. This is your time.

You’re someone who is sober curious, or maybe you’ve stepped into the early stages of sobriety and are looking for some extra support, or you’ve been sober for a while, but some new things are coming up and you find yourself white knuckling
My clients come to me after they become painfully aware that they can no longer go about life in the same manner, doing the same things, catering to the same habits.
It says that you’ve got your shit together. That you’re looking out for yourself. That you want to heal and move forward and not get stuck in the past, holding on to a storyline that is no longer there.
